Role Summary:
We are inviting applications for a Lead Digital Payments Architect to drive the design and execution of advanced payment infrastructures in Qatar. This position combines technical mastery with strategic oversight, requiring proficiency in AI-driven transaction systems, blockchain integration, and compliance with GCC financial regulations.
Core Responsibilities:

Architect next-generation digital payment systems with high security, scalability, and efficiency.

Oversee integration with banks, neobanks, fintech platforms, and cross-border payment networks.

Lead remote teams in agile deployment of fintech solutions with performance metrics.

Conduct analysis and simulations for risk management, transaction optimization, and financial forecasting.

Evaluate emerging technologies such as decentralized finance (DeFi) and smart contract frameworks.

Provide expert insights and advisory to stakeholders and regulatory bodies on innovation and compliance.
Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Technology Management.

10+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech architecture, or financial technology leadership.

Expertise in blockchain, AI analytics, and digital payment ecosystems.

In-depth understanding of Qatar’s financial regulations and GCC cross-border frameworks.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing international remote teams.
