This organization is building next-generation WealthTech ecosystems capable of supporting AI-powered portfolio visualization, intelligent investment dashboards, behavioral finance interaction systems, predictive customer engagement journeys, multi-asset trading experiences, and cloud-native financial advisory platforms for retail and institutional investors.
The role is engineered for elite UX/UI designers capable of transforming complex financial data into intuitive, elegant, and psychologically intelligent digital experiences that empower users to make confident financial decisions.
Strategic Role Summary
The Lead Product Experience Designer will oversee enterprise-wide modernization of investment product experiences, financial visualization systems, customer interaction architecture, and digital wealth engagement platforms.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of product innovation, financial interaction design, behavioral psychology, and enterprise fintech modernization.
Core Responsibilities
- Design advanced user experiences for investment and wealth management platforms
- Build intuitive portfolio dashboards and financial data visualization systems
- Develop customer engagement flows supporting investment onboarding and trading interactions
- Create intelligent UX frameworks improving investor confidence and platform usability
- Conduct user research focused on behavioral finance and customer decision psychology
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to improve product interaction performance
- Develop scalable design systems for investment ecosystems and mobile trading applications
- Optimize information architecture for complex financial products and analytics tools
- Design adaptive interfaces supporting real-time market monitoring and portfolio insights
- Improve accessibility and usability standards across investment applications
- Evaluate emerging UX technologies shaping future WealthTech ecosystems
- Mentor UI designers, UX researchers, and interaction specialists across product teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human Factors, Product Design, or related discipline
- 7–14 years of experience in fintech product design, investment platforms, or digital financial ecosystems
- Strong expertise in data visualization and interaction design for complex financial systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, or prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of customer-centric design methodologies and fintech usability principles
- Experience designing investment or trading-related digital products strongly preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant and functional financial interfaces
- Exceptional collaboration and product strategy capabilities
