Strategic Overview

This senior mandate leads the design and governance of institutional blockchain systems and digital asset infrastructure in Kuwait. The Lead Principal architect ensures secure multi-protocol tokenization, regulated custody, cross-chain interoperability, and compliance with evolving regulatory standards. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and audit-ready institutional-grade digital asset ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect multi-chain tokenization frameworks and regulated smart-contract infrastructure.

• Develop institutional custody systems with HSM-backed key management, threshold cryptography, and zero-trust protocols.

• Implement AML, transaction lineage, risk monitoring, and reporting automation across digital asset platforms.

• Lead blockchain network engineering, node security audits, consensus optimization, and resiliency testing.

• Establish governance protocols ensuring regulatory compliance, asset integrity, and operational transparency.

• Manage globally distributed engineering and compliance teams for digital asset modernization.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in blockchain engineering, institutional custody systems, or enterprise digital asset infrastructure.

• Expertise in multi-protocol blockchain, tokenization, regulated smart contracts, and governance frameworks.

• Knowledge of Kuwait’s digital asset regulatory environment and GCC blockchain standards.

• Proven experience leading high-performance, remote technical teams delivering complex blockchain projects.
