Your Key Responsibilities

Payment Platform Development

• Design and develop scalable payment processing systems.
• Build secure merchant acquiring and payment gateway solutions.
• Integrate digital wallet and card payment services.
• Develop real-time transaction authorization engines.
• Enhance payment routing and settlement workflows.

Software Engineering

• Create reusable backend services and APIs.
• Implement containerized microservices.
• Optimize database performance for financial workloads.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning.

Cloud & DevOps

• Automate CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitor application performance and availability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Collaboration

• Mentor junior developers.
• Partner with QA, DevOps, Security, and Product teams.
• Support innovation initiatives across engineering functions.

Required Expertise

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 6+ years of fintech or enterprise application development.
• Strong skills in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of financial application security standards.
