Role Summary
This position operates at the core system architecture layer of fintech platforms, focusing on risk intelligence, regulatory interpretation, and systemic compliance frameworks. The Lead Designer ensures that platforms are intrinsically resilient, compliant, and capable of autonomous risk management.
Core Responsibilities

Architect risk intelligence frameworks covering transaction monitoring, exposure modeling, and behavioral analytics.

Design regulatory-compliant system structures for multi-jurisdiction operations.

Develop auditability, transparency, and traceability protocols embedded within platform logic.

Produce long-form technical and conceptual documentation, including system blueprints, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.

Professional Profile

12–18 years in fintech systems design, financial risk architecture, or regulatory technology.

Proven experience translating abstract regulatory concepts into operational system frameworks.

Comfortable in fully remote, high-autonomy environments with substantial intellectual responsibility.
