Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote fintech products and financial technology services to businesses, merchants, startups, retail operators, and institutional clients.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives targeting sectors including retail, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, e-commerce, and professional services.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand operational challenges and recommend tailored fintech solutions.
- Present digital payment systems, merchant finance tools, transaction processing platforms, and fintech operational services to potential clients.
- Develop strategic account management plans to strengthen long-term commercial relationships.
- Coordinate merchant onboarding activities, system activation procedures, and post-sales support engagements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, revenue analyses, and market opportunity assessments.
- Maintain active communication with compliance teams and operational support departments to ensure smooth customer implementation processes.
- Participate in regional fintech conferences, commercial networking programs, and business development events.
- Monitor evolving fintech market conditions, competitor positioning, and emerging customer demands.
- Support broader commercial strategies aimed at increasing transaction volumes and expanding fintech service adoption.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Financial Technology, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech sales, financial product marketing, banking relationship management, or payment solutions business development.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking ecosystems, fintech service models, and electronic payment technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and commercial partnerships.
- Strong analytical reporting and business development capabilities.
- Familiarity with fintech CRM systems and digital sales reporting platforms.
