Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide regulatory technology solutions.
- Develop automated compliance monitoring systems.
- Enhance AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening programs.
- Conduct fintech risk assessments and regulatory gap analyses.
- Establish governance frameworks for digital financial products.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on operational resilience initiatives.
- Support licensing and regulatory engagement activities.
- Monitor emerging fintech regulations and global compliance trends.
- Create executive risk reporting dashboards.
- Lead internal control and audit readiness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Law, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, fintech risk, RegTech, or banking governance.
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, FATF standards, and financial crime prevention.
- Experience implementing regulatory technology platforms.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity governance frameworks.
- Advanced analytical and investigative skills.
