Format: Risk, Governance & Intelligence Leadership Role
Role Objective
This role is dedicated to designing the regulatory intelligence and risk control layers of fintech systems. The Lead Strategist defines how compliance, risk management, and financial governance are embedded directly into fintech architectures, rather than treated as external constraints.
The role is fully remote and conceptually aligned with Saudi Arabia’s advanced fintech and regulatory technology ambitions.
Core Responsibilities

Design risk intelligence frameworks integrating transaction monitoring, behavioral analytics, and predictive controls.

Architect compliance-by-design systems where regulatory logic is embedded within platform workflows.

Define governance models for data integrity, auditability, and financial transparency.

Develop structured documentation including risk taxonomies, control matrices, and regulatory system maps.

Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI-driven compliance engines and automated reporting systems.
Strategic Importance

Candidate Profile

14–20 years in fintech risk, regulatory systems, or financial governance design.

Strong ability to translate regulation into technical and architectural logic.

Exceptional analytical writing and systems-design capability.

Comfortable operating autonomously in senior remote roles.
