This role is designed for a fintech platform delivery specialist capable of orchestrating large-scale financial systems integration and digital transformation initiatives.
Strategic Mandate
To manage scalable fintech delivery ecosystems supporting:

Core Responsibilities
1. Fintech Platform Delivery Management
- Lead enterprise fintech implementation programs across digital banking and payment ecosystems
- Coordinate cross-functional project execution involving engineering, operations, analytics, and customer experience teams
- Manage delivery timelines, infrastructure rollout strategies, and operational modernization initiatives
2. Financial Systems Integration
- Support integration of payment systems, banking APIs, and operational finance infrastructures
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalable interoperability frameworks
- Improve operational synchronization across distributed fintech environments
3. Embedded Payments & Operational Modernization
- Coordinate modernization initiatives surrounding embedded payment and financial service ecosystems
- Build scalable operational workflows supporting intelligent financial platform delivery
- Optimize transformation processes for efficiency and operational continuity
4. Stakeholder Management & Strategic Coordination
- Collaborate with internal leadership teams and external financial ecosystem partners
- Prepare executive-level modernization reports and operational transformation updates
- Maintain alignment between strategic objectives and operational implementation frameworks
5. Governance, Risk & Operational Oversight
- Support operational governance standards across enterprise fintech initiatives
- Monitor implementation risks and infrastructure delivery performance indicators
- Ensure operational resilience during modernization and integration activities
Technical Qualifications
- 7–14 years in fintech delivery management, financial systems integration, digital banking operations, or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial systems integration
- Payment ecosystems
- Enterprise project delivery
- Operational modernization frameworks
- API-driven finance environments
- Infrastructure coordination systems
- Experience working with:
- Embedded finance ecosystems
- Banking modernization initiatives
- Operational finance infrastructures

Preferred Capabilities
