A rapidly growing fintech innovator is looking for a Lead FinTech Mobile Applications Developer to spearhead the design and development of next-generation mobile financial applications serving millions of users across the GCC.
In this highly visible role, you’ll build secure, intuitive, and feature-rich mobile experiences that simplify payments, budgeting, investments, digital identity verification, and financial management. Working alongside product designers, backend engineers, and cybersecurity experts, you’ll deliver elegant mobile solutions that combine exceptional performance with uncompromising security.
Your Mission
- Architect and develop high-performance mobile banking applications.
- Build reusable Flutter or native mobile components.
- Integrate secure financial APIs and payment services.
- Optimize mobile application performance and responsiveness.
- Implement biometric authentication and advanced security controls.
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive customer journeys.
- Write automated unit, integration, and UI tests.
- Monitor application quality and resolve production issues.
- Mentor mobile developers and establish coding standards.
- Contribute to mobile architecture and technology roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of mobile application development experience.
- Expertise in Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, or React Native.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of mobile security principles.
- Familiarity with Firebase and cloud messaging services.
- Experience using Git-based workflows.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
