The selected candidate will play a strategic role in strengthening enterprise financial operations through predictive infrastructure monitoring platforms, AI-powered operational continuity systems, intelligent banking resilience ecosystems, and scalable fintech infrastructure modernization frameworks.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives involving operational resilience ecosystems, intelligent monitoring platforms, and digital banking continuity frameworks.
- Design scalable infrastructure architectures supporting transaction reliability, operational continuity, and enterprise payment ecosystem stability.
- Collaborate with fintech engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure analysts, and payment operations specialists to strengthen enterprise financial ecosystems.
- Oversee implementation of AI-powered operational monitoring systems capable of improving infrastructure visibility, transaction continuity, and operational responsiveness.
- Develop governance standards supporting enterprise resilience, transaction integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and financial operational continuity.
- Conduct enterprise infrastructure assessments relating to payment scalability, system performance, and digital banking modernization opportunities.
- Support fintech transformation initiatives involving cloud-native infrastructure technologies, predictive operational analytics systems, and intelligent transaction resilience platforms.
- Prepare executive dashboards covering infrastructure health metrics, operational performance analytics, transaction continuity indicators, and enterprise scalability frameworks.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and fintech ecosystem stakeholders regarding strategic modernization initiatives.
- Monitor emerging innovations involving AI-driven operational resilience systems, intelligent infrastructure orchestration technologies, and predictive banking continuity ecosystems.
- Mentor infrastructure engineering and operational reliability teams while promoting enterprise innovation culture and technical excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Information Systems, Financial Technology, or related disciplines.
- 7–12 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, fintech operational ecosystems, cloud financial environments, or enterprise digital banking modernization programs.
- Strong expertise in operational monitoring systems, cloud-native financial infrastructures, transaction continuity technologies, and enterprise resilience ecosystems.
- Experience supporting enterprise payment systems and mission-critical financial transaction platforms.
- Familiarity with fintech governance methodologies, operational scalability standards, and infrastructure resilience frameworks.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical reasoning, and enterprise communication capabilities.
