A rapidly modernizing financial technology environment in Qatar is currently searching for a Lead Fintech Financial Data Governance & Enterprise Intelligence Manager to oversee enterprise financial intelligence systems, digital data governance ecosystems, and advanced fintech analytical infrastructures supporting strategic financial decision-making.

This opportunity is designed for highly analytical fintech professionals with strong expertise in enterprise financial data management, operational intelligence systems, predictive analytics infrastructures, and digital governance technologies.

The selected candidate will contribute directly to enterprise modernization initiatives focused on strengthening data integrity, intelligent financial reporting ecosystems, transaction intelligence systems, and AI-enhanced operational analytics platforms.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial data governance initiatives involving transaction intelligence systems, predictive analytics ecosystems, and digital operational reporting infrastructures.
• Develop governance frameworks supporting data integrity, financial transparency, operational resilience, and enterprise analytical accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, cloud engineers, fintech analysts, cybersecurity teams, and operational leaders to strengthen enterprise financial intelligence ecosystems.
• Oversee implementation of scalable financial reporting systems supporting executive decision-making and fintech operational optimization.
• Design intelligent analytics frameworks capable of identifying transaction trends, operational performance indicators, and predictive financial insights.
• Support enterprise fintech modernization projects involving cloud-based analytics systems, AI-powered reporting infrastructures, and digital operational intelligence technologies.
• Conduct enterprise data quality assessments focusing on transaction reliability, analytical consistency, and operational governance alignment.
• Prepare executive dashboards covering fintech operational metrics, transaction intelligence performance, and enterprise financial trends.
• Coordinate with banking institutions, payment ecosystems, and enterprise fintech partners regarding strategic financial intelligence initiatives.
• Monitor emerging trends involving AI analytics, predictive financial modeling, and intelligent enterprise governance ecosystems.
• Mentor enterprise analytical teams while promoting operational excellence and financial data governance best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Financial Technology, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 7–12 years of experience in fintech analytics, enterprise financial intelligence, data governance, or digital operational ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting infrastructures, predictive analytics systems, cloud-based intelligence platforms, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Experience working with transaction analytics, digital financial ecosystems, and enterprise operational intelligence environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytical tools, financial governance standards, and operational scalability frameworks.
• Strong strategic planning, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
