Role Overview
This position targets a highly analytical fintech professional capable of designing and governing next-generation financial intelligence systems. The role emphasizes data-driven risk modeling, AI-assisted decision engines, and predictive financial analytics, with a mandate to support sophisticated digital finance operations aligned with the UAE’s advanced fintech ecosystem.
Operating fully remotely, the role blends strategic oversight with hands-on conceptual design of data platforms that support compliance, fraud prevention, and financial insight generation at scale.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design enterprise-grade financial data intelligence platforms integrating transactional, behavioral, and external data sources.

Develop conceptual frameworks for AI-driven risk scoring, anomaly detection, and predictive compliance analytics.

Oversee data governance, lineage, quality assurance, and model transparency frameworks.

Collaborate with engineering and compliance specialists to translate regulatory expectations into operational analytics controls.

Define KPIs and intelligence outputs for executive-level financial and risk decision-making.
Required Expertise

10+ years of experience in fintech analytics, financial risk systems, or data-centric financial platforms.

Advanced knowledge of machine learning applications in finance, data architecture, and large-scale analytics pipelines.

Strong understanding of AML systems, transaction monitoring logic, and regulatory reporting data structures.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fully remote, international environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication suitable for senior-level financial stakeholders.
Salary Structure (Indicative – Remote, UAE Aligned)

Base Annual Compensation: AED 420,000 – AED 650,000

Performance & Impact Bonus: 25% – 35% of base

Data & Research Stipend: AED 35,000 – AED 60,000 annually

Total Potential Annual Package: AED 550,000 – AED 900,000
