Core Responsibilities
1. Financial Intelligence & Predictive Analytics
- Build operational analytics frameworks supporting real-time visibility across fintech ecosystems
- Analyze financial interaction trends, customer transaction behavior, and operational finance performance metrics
- Support predictive intelligence initiatives improving enterprise financial decision-making
2. Banking Data Infrastructure Modernization
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams on scalable analytics ecosystems and operational reporting environments
- Improve financial data accessibility, operational intelligence visibility, and enterprise reporting scalability
- Support modernization of enterprise financial intelligence systems
3. Customer Behavioral Finance Analytics
- Analyze customer engagement patterns and digital finance interaction behaviors
- Build intelligence dashboards supporting personalized financial ecosystem optimization
- Contribute to customer lifecycle modernization initiatives and operational growth strategies
4. Enterprise Reporting & Strategic Forecasting
- Prepare executive operational intelligence reports and predictive performance insights
- Support enterprise forecasting initiatives surrounding financial growth, transaction scalability, and operational modernization
- Build operational reporting environments supporting strategic decision intelligence
5. Cross-Functional Fintech Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers, product teams, operations specialists, and executive stakeholders
- Support AI-enhanced operational finance modernization initiatives
- Contribute to enterprise transformation programs surrounding intelligent financial ecosystems
Technical Qualifications
- 7–14 years in fintech analytics, financial intelligence, enterprise reporting, or operational finance ecosystems
- Strong expertise in:
- Predictive financial analytics
- Operational intelligence platforms
- Customer behavioral finance analysis
- Financial reporting infrastructures
- Enterprise data ecosystems
- Real-time analytics environments
- Experience working with:
