A sophisticated and highly modern financial technology environment in Kuwait is searching for a Lead Fintech Data Governance & Enterprise Financial Intelligence Architecture Manager to oversee enterprise financial data ecosystems, operational intelligence modernization initiatives, and large-scale fintech analytical infrastructure programs.
This opportunity is designed for highly analytical fintech professionals with strong expertise in financial data governance systems, enterprise intelligence architectures, predictive operational analytics, and scalable digital banking infrastructures.
The selected candidate will play a strategic role in strengthening enterprise financial ecosystems through intelligent data management frameworks, AI-enhanced operational intelligence systems, predictive reporting technologies, and cloud-native financial analytics infrastructures.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise financial intelligence modernization initiatives involving data governance ecosystems, predictive analytics platforms, and intelligent operational reporting infrastructures.
- Design scalable enterprise data frameworks supporting transaction intelligence visibility, operational optimization, and financial reporting consistency.
- Collaborate with fintech engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity teams, analytics specialists, and operational strategists to strengthen enterprise financial ecosystems.
- Oversee implementation of AI-powered financial intelligence systems capable of identifying operational risks, transaction anomalies, and enterprise growth opportunities.
- Develop governance standards supporting enterprise data integrity, operational transparency, regulatory readiness, and fintech analytical resilience.
- Conduct enterprise analytical assessments relating to transaction behaviors, infrastructure utilization, and financial operational scalability opportunities.
- Support fintech modernization initiatives involving cloud-native analytics systems, intelligent reporting technologies, and predictive enterprise operational frameworks.
- Prepare executive dashboards covering financial intelligence metrics, transaction analytics indicators, operational performance trends, and enterprise scalability frameworks.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, fintech ecosystem partners, payment processors, and enterprise operational teams regarding strategic analytical modernization initiatives.
- Monitor emerging innovations involving AI-driven financial intelligence technologies, predictive analytics ecosystems, and intelligent enterprise governance platforms.
- Mentor enterprise analytical and operational intelligence teams while promoting innovation excellence and data-driven decision culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise analytics, fintech operational intelligence, financial reporting ecosystems, or digital banking analytical infrastructures.
- Strong expertise in predictive analytics platforms, enterprise data governance systems, cloud-native intelligence infrastructures, and operational reporting technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transaction ecosystems and digital financial environments.
- Familiarity with fintech governance methodologies, operational resilience frameworks, and enterprise scalability standards.
- Strong analytical leadership, technical reasoning, and executive communication capabilities.
