Role Mandate
This role is intended for a highly specialised fintech expert focused on financial analytics platforms, decision intelligence systems, and data-driven financial insights. The mandate involves designing and governing advanced analytical infrastructures that support real-time financial decision-making, risk intelligence, and performance optimisation across fintech platforms.
Operating remotely with strategic alignment to Qatar’s advanced financial ecosystem, the role combines data architecture, analytical systems design, and financial intelligence leadership.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect and oversee financial analytics and decision intelligence platforms

Design data pipelines supporting real-time and batch analytical workloads

Establish frameworks for financial performance analytics, behavioural insights, and risk intelligence

Integrate analytics outputs into core fintech workflows and decision processes

Define governance standards for data quality, analytical integrity, and reporting accuracy

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed analytics into platform design

Continuously evolve analytical capabilities in response to platform growth and complexity
Required Profile

12+ years in fintech analytics, financial intelligence, or data platform leadership
-
Deep expertise in data architecture, analytical systems, and financial metrics design

Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical fintech environments

Strong analytical mindset combined with platform-level thinking

Ability to operate independently within a remote senior specialist role
Salary Structure (Indicative – Qatar-Aligned)

Base Annual Compensation: USD 150,000 – 180,000

Annual Performance Bonus: 15% – 25%
