This role is designed for a Lead Product Strategist who will conceptualize and launch next-generation digital wealth platforms, including tokenized assets, robo-advisory ecosystems, and AI-driven portfolio intelligence systems.
Strategic Mandate
To design a comprehensive digital wealth ecosystem that enables:
- Tokenized real-world assets (real estate, commodities, equities)
- Intelligent portfolio automation
- Seamless investor onboarding and engagement
- Cross-border wealth accessibility
Primary Responsibilities
1. Product Architecture & Ecosystem Design
- Define end-to-end product strategy for digital wealth platforms
- Architect multi-asset investment platforms supporting both traditional and digital assets
- Design user journeys for high-net-worth individuals and retail investors
2. Tokenization & Blockchain Integration
- Lead development of asset tokenization frameworks
- Define smart contract standards for asset issuance and lifecycle management
- Ensure interoperability with global digital asset ecosystems
3. AI-Powered Wealth Intelligence
- Build robo-advisory engines leveraging predictive analytics
- Design portfolio optimization algorithms based on market signals
- Integrate behavioral finance insights into user experience
4. Market Expansion & Strategy
- Identify opportunities in emerging wealth segments across GCC and beyond
- Develop go-to-market strategies for digital wealth adoption
- Collaborate with financial institutions and regulators to enable product rollout
Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years in fintech product strategy, wealth management, or digital assets
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio theory, and financial markets
- Experience in blockchain, tokenization, or digital asset platforms
- Proven ability to launch complex financial products at scale
- Strategic mindset with execution discipline
