Primary Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Manage end-to-end digital payment operations.
- Monitor payment processing performance and transaction success rates.
- Optimize settlement and reconciliation workflows.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation initiatives.
- Maintain service excellence across payment platforms.
Performance & Risk
- Analyze payment trends and operational KPIs.
- Investigate transaction anomalies and operational incidents.
- Coordinate with fraud prevention and compliance teams.
- Develop business continuity strategies.
- Ensure operational resilience and regulatory readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Customer Success teams.
- Deliver executive operational reports.
- Support merchant onboarding and strategic payment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 6 years of payment operations or fintech experience.
- Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems and financial operations.
- Experience leading high-performing operational teams.
