Position Overview

This senior role oversees the full-spectrum architecture of remote digital banking intelligence frameworks for Qatar’s rapidly evolving fintech landscape. It requires a hybrid strategist–architect capable of re-engineering digital banking platforms, embedding behavioural analytics engines, and driving AI-enabled personalization strategies with enterprise-grade governance.

Core Mandates

• Architect an integrated digital banking intelligence environment using predictive analytics, embedded finance modules, and advanced customer-behaviour modelling.

• Lead remote modernization of core banking systems, migrating legacy workflows into high-availability cloud-native platforms that support 24/7 operations.

• Develop Qatar-aligned risk-adaptive credit decisioning engines, transaction scoring systems, and liquidity sensitivity analytics.

• Implement enterprise-secure open banking APIs with multi-layer identity verification and continuous authentication frameworks.

• Lead distributed engineering teams in building customer-centric digital journeys, omnichannel experiences, and advanced financial insight dashboards.

• Establish governance for AI explainability, model lifecycle management, monitoring pipelines, and drift detection.

Technical Capabilities

• Proficiency in data architecture, feature engineering pipelines, advanced ML scoring engines, and digital banking middleware.

• Expert understanding of open banking architecture, API security hardening, and cloud-native resilience models.

• Strong knowledge of Qatar-specific fintech regulatory frameworks, data residency obligations, and consumer protection standards.

Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years leading digital banking system transformations.

• Deep expertise in data engineering, AI-driven financial models, and enterprise fintech architecture.

• Proven capability to manage globally distributed engineering and analytics teams.
