This role is for a leader who can design and manage seamless omnichannel banking experiences, ensuring customers can interact with financial services effortlessly across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive digital channel strategy across mobile, web, and third-party platforms
  • Design consistent and seamless customer journeys across all banking touchpoints
  • Integrate digital channels with core banking systems and fintech platforms
  • Optimize user experience using data-driven insights and behavioral analytics
  • Implement features such as digital onboarding, self-service tools, and personalized dashboards
  • Monitor KPIs including user engagement, channel adoption, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and digital banking regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Technology
  • 9+ years in digital banking, fintech, or customer experience roles
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel strategy and user journey design
  • Experience with digital platform integrations and APIs
  • Ability to align customer experience with business objectives

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UX/UI design frameworks and tools
  • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization and recommendation systems
  • Familiarity with customer analytics platforms
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
