A next-generation financial innovation platform is hiring a highly strategic Lead DevOps Platform Engineer – Embedded Finance & Intelligent Lending Systems to architect advanced infrastructure automation supporting digital lending platforms, embedded finance ecosystems, and high-performance credit delivery systems.
This role demands a highly technical DevOps engineer capable of building resilient operational foundations for customer onboarding systems, underwriting engines, repayment automation, merchant finance platforms, BNPL ecosystems, and treasury-linked lending workflows.
The successful engineer will help transform traditional lending operations into intelligent, automated financial systems where speed, compliance, and customer trust must coexist without compromise.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead DevOps strategy across lending systems, embedded finance platforms, merchant funding products, and credit automation ecosystems
• Design cloud-native architecture supporting underwriting engines, loan servicing systems, repayment workflows, and customer financial journeys
• Build secure CI/CD pipelines for compliance-sensitive product releases and highly controlled operational deployments
• Strengthen Kubernetes infrastructure, container orchestration, and distributed microservices supporting financial transaction workloads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for scalable and consistent deployment across development, staging, and production environments
• Improve observability systems, alerting frameworks, and incident response capabilities across customer-facing lending platforms
• Collaborate with product teams, treasury specialists, compliance leaders, cybersecurity experts, and engineering stakeholders
• Strengthen disaster recovery planning, platform redundancy, and resilience engineering across financial operations
• Support performance optimization involving APIs, databases, financial reporting systems, and backend transaction infrastructure
• Establish DevOps governance standards and mentor engineering teams across platform modernization initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Financial Technology, or equivalent technical qualification
• 6–10+ years of DevOps engineering experience with strong exposure to lending platforms, fintech systems, or regulated financial products
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and modern cloud automation frameworks
• Experience supporting embedded finance systems, lending operations, or digital banking infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, compliance-sensitive engineering, and security-first platform operations
• Excellent technical leadership and strategic architecture thinking
