About The Opportunity

An ambitious fintech initiative is seeking a Lead Blockchain Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize large-scale blockchain ecosystems capable of supporting digital payment networks, tokenized financial products, smart financial contracts, and enterprise-grade digital asset operations.

This role is intended for elite blockchain engineers who possess both deep technical expertise and a passion for reshaping financial services through innovative distributed ledger technologies.

You will work alongside fintech strategists, security specialists, cloud architects, and product innovators to create resilient financial infrastructure capable of supporting millions of users and high-volume transaction environments.

Strategic Mission

The successful candidate will lead the engineering of secure, scalable, and highly available blockchain platforms that bridge traditional financial systems with emerging digital financial ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise blockchain solutions.

• Build smart contract infrastructures for financial products.

• Develop tokenization frameworks for digital assets.

• Create blockchain-based settlement and payment systems.

• Architect interoperability solutions between multiple blockchain networks.

• Design digital wallet and custody integrations.

• Optimize blockchain performance and scalability.

• Conduct security reviews and smart contract audits.

• Develop blockchain APIs and developer platforms.

• Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to build resilient infrastructure.

• Support integration with banking and payment ecosystems.

• Monitor blockchain network health and performance.

• Establish blockchain development standards and best practices.

• Contribute to technical roadmaps and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

• 3+ years of blockchain development experience.

• Expertise in Solidity, Rust, Golang, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cryptographic concepts.

• Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, and EVM-compatible networks.

• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
