An internationally respected fintech banking institution is establishing a next-generation Blockchain Platform Engineering Division to develop the technology foundations supporting tokenized financial assets, programmable payment infrastructure, decentralized identity frameworks, and enterprise-grade blockchain services.
The organization is seeking a visionary Lead Blockchain Platform Developer who can design resilient distributed systems, build reusable blockchain frameworks, and create secure digital infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale financial innovation.
This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise technology strategy while working with multidisciplinary teams of blockchain engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, DevSecOps professionals, data engineers, AI experts, and executive technology leaders.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Design enterprise blockchain platform architecture.
- Develop reusable blockchain frameworks and internal developer tools.
- Build secure APIs for blockchain-enabled financial services.
- Lead smart contract development and code quality initiatives.
- Engineer scalable distributed ledger infrastructure.
- Integrate blockchain services with cloud-native banking platforms.
- Optimize blockchain network performance and observability.
- Strengthen platform security and operational resilience.
- Define engineering standards and development best practices.
- Guide technical design reviews and architecture governance.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies for enterprise adoption.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8–10 years of enterprise software engineering experience, with significant blockchain platform development expertise.
- Strong background in distributed computing, cloud-native technologies, and secure software architecture.
- Proven leadership experience in complex engineering environments.
