Lead Blockchain & Digital Asset Infrastructure Strategist
Primary Market Focus: United Arab Emirates (Pan-GCC Remote Scope)
Role Mandate
This position addresses the growing complexity of digital asset platforms, blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure, and institutional-grade decentralized system design. The role is oriented toward professionals who can translate blockchain innovation into production-ready financial systems while maintaining compliance, security, and scalability at an international level.
The strategist will remotely oversee blockchain architecture frameworks, digital asset custody models, and programmable financial infrastructure suitable for the UAE’s advanced fintech landscape.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design and govern blockchain-based financial platforms, including asset tokenization frameworks and settlement layers.

Establish technical standards for custody, key management, and institutional digital asset security.

Lead cross-chain interoperability strategies and smart contract governance models.

Evaluate and optimize consensus mechanisms, scalability approaches, and transaction finality models.

Serve as a strategic advisor on digital asset infrastructure resilience, compliance-by-design, and platform scalability.
Technical & Domain Expertise

Advanced experience with public and permissioned blockchain architectures.

Strong command of smart contract frameworks, cryptographic primitives, and distributed ledger security.

Proven ability to align decentralized infrastructure with enterprise-grade operational controls.

Expertise in token lifecycle management, digital custody systems, and asset issuance platforms.
Salary Structure (Indicative – Remote, UAE-Focused)

Base Monthly Compensation: AED 42,000 – AED 60,000

Annual Strategic Performance Bonus: AED 180,000 – AED 300,000
