Lead the Innovation That Will Define the Next Generation of Banking
An internationally recognized fintech banking institution is seeking an accomplished Innovation Manager to spearhead the development of transformative financial products, intelligent banking experiences, and emerging digital technologies that will shape the future of financial services across the Gulf region.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and commercial strategy. You will lead innovation programmes that introduce AI-powered banking services, embedded finance solutions, real-time payment capabilities, open banking integrations, digital lending platforms, and intelligent customer engagement technologies.
Partnering with Executive Leadership, Product Directors, Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Specialists, Compliance Teams, Digital Banking Experts, and Commercial Managers, you will transform innovative ideas into scalable financial solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the ideation, evaluation, and commercialization of new fintech products.
- Identify emerging technologies capable of enhancing banking services.
- Facilitate innovation workshops, design thinking sessions, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Build cross-functional teams responsible for delivering high-impact innovation programmes.
- Oversee product incubation, proof-of-concept initiatives, and pilot deployments.
- Monitor innovation performance through executive KPIs and business metrics.
- Collaborate with technology teams to accelerate digital transformation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers and fintech ecosystems.
- Prepare executive business cases and investment proposals.
- Mentor innovation specialists and product teams.
- Represent the organization at international fintech, innovation, and digital banking conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fintech, banking, innovation management, digital transformation, or product strategy.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise innovation initiatives from concept to execution.
