Role Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Fintech Product Innovation to lead the ideation, design, and delivery of cutting-edge digital banking and wealth management solutions in Qatar and the wider GCC region. This role focuses on creating high-impact fintech products that blend technology, data-driven insights, and compliance rigor to redefine financial experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Define the strategic roadmap for digital financial products, including neo-banking, AI-driven wealth management, and blockchain-enabled finance.

Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial ecosystems.

Ensure products adhere to Qatar Central Bank regulations and international compliance frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Utilize data analytics, customer insights, and fintech innovation to continuously enhance product offerings.

Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, fintech startups, and financial institutions to drive product adoption and innovation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, Business, or related field.

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in fintech product development, digital banking, or financial services innovation.

Strong understanding of product design, digital transformation, and financial technologies.

Demonstrated experience in managing remote and cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of Qatari regulatory frameworks and GCC fintech ecosystem trends.
Preferred Expertise:

Experience with blockchain, AI-driven financial insights, and digital asset management.

Strong strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to conceptualize products that scale across multiple GCC jurisdictions.
