Role Overview

A fast-growing digital finance ecosystem focused on delivering next-generation fintech products is seeking a Head of Fintech Product Innovation and Digital Banking Platforms.

The role will guide the development of fintech products including digital payment systems, financial analytics platforms, and API-driven financial tools that improve financial accessibility and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee product teams responsible for designing financial technology solutions capable of supporting evolving digital banking environments.

Strategic Responsibilities

Fintech Product Strategy

• Define product strategies supporting long-term fintech platform growth.

• Identify opportunities for launching innovative financial technology products.

• Align fintech product development with emerging digital finance trends.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of fintech products from concept to market deployment.

• Coordinate engineering, design, and business teams throughout product development phases.

• Monitor product performance using financial and operational metrics.

Digital Banking Platform Development

• Guide development of scalable digital banking infrastructure.

• Ensure fintech platforms integrate seamlessly with payment systems and financial APIs.

• Improve user experience across digital financial services.

Market Innovation & Expansion

• Analyze global fintech innovation trends influencing digital finance.

• Identify new revenue opportunities through financial technology innovation.

• Support expansion of fintech services into emerging financial markets.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Business Administration, or Information Systems.

• 8–12 years experience in fintech product management, digital banking innovation, or financial technology leadership.
