Role Context

This executive-level remote role is structured for a fintech product leader operating across digital assets, programmable financial products, and platform monetization strategies. While aligned with the broader GCC fintech ecosystem, the role functions entirely remotely and interfaces with global stakeholders.

The mandate is to define how complex fintech products are architected, governed, and scaled—from digital investment platforms to tokenized financial instruments and next-generation wealth infrastructure.

Strategic Mandate

• Define end-to-end product architecture frameworks for advanced fintech platforms.

• Translate market opportunities into technically viable, regulation-aware product roadmaps.

• Govern product lifecycle management across ideation, architecture, launch, and continuous evolution.

• Align product strategy with platform scalability, security, and long-term monetization models.

• Act as the central authority connecting engineering, compliance, and market strategy.

Key Deliverables

• Product architecture blueprints for complex, multi-layer fintech platforms.

• Governance models for digital assets, platform integrations, and data ownership.

• Metrics frameworks linking technical performance to commercial outcomes.

Experience Profile

• 12–15+ years in fintech product leadership, platform strategy, or digital financial services.

• Strong understanding of digital asset infrastructure, API-first platforms, and scalable fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication for global, remote stakeholder environments.
