A highly experienced Head of Fintech Platform Delivery is required to lead strategic implementation across API banking platforms, payment infrastructure, and enterprise core banking modernization programs.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Platform Delivery Leadership

• Lead strategic delivery of digital banking platforms, API integrations, payment modernization initiatives, and financial system transformation programs.
• Oversee enterprise delivery governance across engineering teams, implementation managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure successful execution across complex fintech modernization environments.

2. API Banking & Core Systems Modernization

• Guide modernization of legacy banking systems into scalable digital financial platforms.
• Improve interoperability across APIs, middleware systems, payment gateways, and financial service providers.
• Ensure platform reliability across mission-critical transaction environments.

3. Operational Readiness & Platform Stability

• Oversee deployment readiness, go-live execution, stabilization planning, and post-launch optimization.
• Reduce delivery risks and strengthen long-term operational resilience.
• Improve adoption across internal teams and external financial ecosystem partners.

4. Executive Strategic Governance

• Act as the senior bridge between product leaders, engineering executives, finance teams, compliance leadership, and board stakeholders.
• Translate platform delivery into measurable commercial and institutional outcomes.
• Strengthen governance across enterprise financial transformation.
