A high-growth international fintech organization is searching for an influential Head of Fintech Ecosystem Partnerships to cultivate strategic alliances that accelerate innovation, expand regional market presence, and unlock new commercial opportunities.
This role requires a commercially driven leader capable of creating long-term relationships with financial institutions, payment providers, technology partners, digital commerce platforms, venture ecosystems, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships
- Build enterprise partnership strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements.
- Expand institutional relationships.
- Establish regional collaboration frameworks.
Business Development
- Identify emerging fintech opportunities.
- Lead strategic market expansion initiatives.
- Develop revenue growth strategies.
- Evaluate partnership investment opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the organization at executive meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives.
- Develop executive presentations and business proposals.
- Maintain long-term strategic relationships.
Innovation Leadership
- Monitor fintech market developments.
- Evaluate partnership technologies.
- Support new product commercialization.
- Strengthen competitive market positioning.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, fintech, banking, or enterprise business development.
- Strong negotiation and executive relationship management skills.
- Excellent commercial judgment and leadership capabilities.
