Lead Data-Driven Financial Decision Making
A high-growth fintech enterprise is recruiting an experienced Head of Financial Intelligence & Risk Analytics to establish advanced analytical capabilities that support strategic decision-making, enterprise risk management, fraud prevention, and business intelligence.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for transforming complex financial data into actionable business insights that drive innovation, operational resilience, and sustainable growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise financial intelligence strategies.
- Build predictive analytics and machine learning models.
- Oversee fraud detection and transaction monitoring.
- Lead data governance and quality initiatives.
- Deliver executive dashboards and business insights.
- Optimize customer behavioral analytics.
- Strengthen enterprise risk modelling capabilities.
- Collaborate with technology, finance, and compliance teams.
- Establish data-driven decision frameworks.
- Drive continuous analytical innovation.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of analytics experience within fintech or financial services.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of big data technologies and cloud analytics.
- Experience managing enterprise analytics teams.
- Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
