Head of Financial Data Platforms & Real-Time Analytics Architecture – Bahrain
Executive Mandate
This role is a senior fintech leadership position focused on financial data platforms, real-time analytics, and decision-grade intelligence systems. The executive will oversee the creation of high-velocity data infrastructures enabling instant insight generation across payments, accounts, risk systems, and digital financial products.
The mandate is deeply technical, analytical, and governance-oriented, ensuring that data becomes a strategic asset within fintech ecosystems.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design and govern real-time financial data platforms supporting transaction analytics and predictive insights.

Architect streaming data pipelines, event processing systems, and analytical data stores.

Establish enterprise-wide data governance, lineage tracking, and quality assurance frameworks.

Oversee integration of analytics engines into live fintech transaction flows.

Enable advanced financial intelligence capabilities including behavioral analytics and operational forecasting.

Ensure platform scalability, security, and auditability across all data environments.

Guide senior data engineering and analytics teams.
Executive Profile Requirements

15+ years in fintech data platforms, financial analytics, or large-scale data architecture.

Expertise in real-time data processing, analytics systems, and cloud data platforms.

Experience operating within regulated financial environments.

Strong leadership in data governance and platform strategy.

Executive-level technical and strategic decision-making capability.
Compensation Structure – Bahrain

Base Annual Salary: BHD 140,000 – BHD 195,000

Annual Executive Bonus: 30% – 45% of base
