Role Mandate
This role centers on building and governing next-generation financial intelligence platforms that leverage AI, advanced analytics, and real-time data pipelines to transform how digital financial systems make decisions.
Operating remotely while aligned with Abu Dhabi’s long-term financial innovation strategy, the role focuses on data-centric banking architectures, predictive intelligence, and algorithmic decision systems across lending, payments, treasury, and wealth platforms.
Strategic Scope of Responsibility

Design enterprise-grade financial data architectures, integrating transactional, behavioral, and external data sources

Lead development of AI-driven decision engines for credit assessment, liquidity forecasting, fraud analytics, and customer intelligence

Define governance frameworks for model risk management, explainability, and data ethics

Oversee real-time analytics pipelines supporting mission-critical financial operations

Partner remotely with senior fintech stakeholders to align data intelligence strategies with global expansion objectives

Anticipate regulatory expectations around data residency, AI transparency, and algorithmic accountability
Technical & Analytical Expertise

Deep experience with financial data modeling, streaming analytics, and AI/ML deployment in regulated environments

Strong command of risk analytics, behavioral modeling, and financial forecasting systems

Understanding of AI governance, auditability, and regulatory reporting frameworks

Ability to architect systems that balance innovation with institutional-grade control
Candidate Profile

10+ years in fintech, digital banking, or financial data science leadership roles

Track record of implementing AI-driven financial intelligence systems at scale

Strategic thinker capable of bridging technical execution and executive-level decision making

Comfortable leading globally distributed teams in a remote-first structure
