A. Role Context

This role is a mission-critical financial crime prevention leadership position, focused on building advanced systems to detect, prevent, and mitigate financial crimes across digital financial ecosystems.

B. Mission Objective

To design and operate a comprehensive financial crime prevention architecture that enables:

• Real-time transaction monitoring
• AI-driven fraud detection
• Anti-money laundering (AML) compliance
• Behavioral analytics for anomaly detection
• Continuous risk assessment

C. Functional Command Areas

1. Transaction Surveillance Systems

• Build real-time monitoring systems for financial transactions
• Implement rule-based and AI-driven detection mechanisms
• Enable alerts and case management workflows

2. Fraud Detection & Prevention

• Develop machine learning models for fraud detection
• Analyze transaction patterns and user behavior
• Implement adaptive fraud prevention systems

3. AML & Compliance Frameworks

• Design AML programs aligned with regulatory requirements
• Implement sanctions screening and KYC monitoring
• Ensure auditability and reporting

4. Intelligence & Analytics

• Build financial crime intelligence platforms
• Integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive analysis
• Enable predictive risk detection

• AI/ML for anomaly detection
• Big data platforms
• Graph analytics for network analysis
• Case management systems

E. Candidate Profile

• 12–16+ years in financial crime prevention, risk, or compliance
• Expertise in AML, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Experience with AI-driven risk systems
