Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Financial Strategy
- Define long-term financial analytics strategy.
- Oversee enterprise financial planning cycles.
- Present financial insights to executive committees.

- Build financial performance governance frameworks.
Analytics & Intelligence
- Direct advanced profitability analysis.
- Design predictive financial models.
- Monitor enterprise financial KPIs.
- Evaluate investment opportunities.
- Lead pricing optimization strategies.
- Support regional expansion initiatives.
- Develop AI-enhanced financial reporting capabilities.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor high-performing finance analysts.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Treasury, and Commercial teams.
- Strengthen enterprise decision-making through financial intelligence.
- Champion continuous improvement across finance operations.
Academic & Professional Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive financial analytics leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success within fintech, digital banking, or financial technology organizations.
