You will shape partnership strategies that accelerate the adoption of embedded financial services across e-commerce, telecommunications, mobility, healthcare, and enterprise platforms while driving sustainable commercial growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional partnership strategies.
- Build high-value relationships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Lead commercial negotiations for strategic alliances.
- Identify new embedded finance opportunities across multiple industries.
- Drive Banking-as-a-Service ecosystem expansion.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and engineering teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Establish partnership governance frameworks.
- Deliver revenue growth through innovative commercial models.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.
- Proven record of managing enterprise partnerships.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital banking ecosystems.
