About the Role:
This leadership role seeks an exceptionally strategic and visionary executive to oversee the end-to-end architecture and delivery of digital wealth platforms and fintech innovations for high-net-worth and mass-affluent segments. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in financial technology ecosystems, AI-driven analytics, and digital banking transformation with a proven track record of leading multi-functional teams across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement a forward-looking digital wealth strategy aligned with regional financial regulations and market dynamics.

Drive innovation in algorithmic wealth management, portfolio optimization, and AI-powered investment advisory solutions.

Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and data scientists to launch scalable fintech solutions.

Develop and maintain a robust framework for digital asset management, tokenization, and interoperability across financial platforms.

Monitor global fintech trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic roadmap decisions.

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital products with existing banking and payment infrastructure.

Establish rigorous KPIs, performance metrics, and governance processes to evaluate the impact and ROI of fintech initiatives.
Qualifications & Expertise:

12+ years of senior leadership experience in fintech, digital wealth, or digital banking.

In-depth knowledge of AI/ML applications in finance, algorithmic trading, blockchain-enabled solutions, and digital payments.

Demonstrated experience in remote leadership, cross-border regulatory compliance, and large-scale product delivery.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to executive boards and investors.

Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
