This role is designed for a forward-thinking fintech leader tasked with redefining how digital assets, decentralized finance (DeFi), and next-generation banking products converge within a regulated GCC environment.

You will not merely manage products—you will define entirely new financial paradigms.

Strategic Product Domains

• Digital asset custody platforms
• Tokenized asset marketplaces (real estate, commodities, securities)
• DeFi protocol integrations within compliant frameworks
• AI-powered wealth management platforms
• Embedded finance ecosystems

Core Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year fintech product roadmap
• Identify emerging opportunities in blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and UX
• Design user-centric financial products with global scalability
• Drive partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and technology providers

Innovation Mandates

• Develop frameworks for regulated DeFi adoption
• Explore tokenized securities and fractional ownership models
• Integrate AI into financial advisory and portfolio management
• Build interoperable platforms bridging traditional finance and digital assets

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all product innovations comply with Qatari financial regulations
• Design governance models for digital asset custody and transaction transparency
• Establish risk controls for volatile asset classes

Candidate Profile

• 10–20 years in fintech, product strategy, or digital finance
• Demonstrated leadership in launching innovative financial products
• Deep expertise in blockchain ecosystems and digital asset infrastructure
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in GCC markets
