Role Overview:
We are seeking a blockchain and digital asset leader to define and implement next-generation infrastructure for tokenized assets, CBDCs, and institutional blockchain solutions in Qatar. The role blends technical mastery, regulatory knowledge, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of blockchain infrastructures and digital asset platforms.

Develop tokenization strategies for securities, real estate, and alternative assets.

Collaborate with regulators, fintech accelerators, and institutional partners to shape frameworks.

Ensure blockchain solutions meet global standards for security, scalability, and compliance.

Explore innovative applications in DeFi, CBDCs, and cross-border blockchain interoperability.
Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in fintech, blockchain architecture, or digital asset management.

Deep expertise in distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts, and custody solutions.

Familiarity with Qatar’s regulatory environment for fintech and digital assets.

Proven record of delivering enterprise-grade blockchain projects.
