Role Summary:

We are hiring an executive-level Head of AI-Driven Wealth & Investment Solutions to lead the development and scaling of advanced AI-powered investment platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in predictive modeling, algorithmic trading, and wealth management technologies tailored to the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, deployment, and governance of AI-driven wealth management platforms and robo-advisory solutions.

• Develop predictive analytics for portfolio optimization, risk management, and client behavior insights.

• Integrate AI solutions across wealth management, banking, and investment platforms.

• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with QCB regulations.

• Lead cross-functional teams in data science, AI engineering, and financial product management.

• Monitor emerging trends in AI and fintech innovation to identify strategic opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline; CFA preferred.

• Minimum 12 years in wealth management, fintech, or AI-based financial solutions.

• Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deployment of AI/ML models in production.

• Deep understanding of GCC wealth management regulations and compliance standards.

• Proven leadership in driving digital transformation at executive level.
