Strategic Role Overview

This executive-level role is intended for a senior fintech leader overseeing AI-driven financial risk, predictive analytics, and compliance intelligence platforms. The Head will deliver real-time operational insights, scenario planning, and predictive modeling frameworks, enabling proactive decision-making and regulatory alignment within Qatar’s financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-enabled risk intelligence, predictive analytics, and scenario modeling platforms

• Integrate transactional, market, and behavioral data for predictive insights

• Implement governance for model accuracy, transparency, and auditability

• Lead remote teams building AI-driven platforms for operational and regulatory intelligence

• Provide executive-level insight supporting strategic decision-making and risk mitigation

• Drive continuous platform improvement, adoption, and integration across systems

Expertise & Leadership Profile

• 13+ years in fintech analytics, AI platforms, or financial risk intelligence systems

• Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and data-driven financial platforms

• Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated financial environments

• Proven ability to lead remote, cross-border teams

• Advanced strategic communication and executive governance capability

Salary Structure (International Benchmark – Qatar-Aligned)

• Base Annual Salary: USD 150,000 – USD 205,000

• Performance Bonus: 20% – 30% of base

• Long-Term Incentive: Model accuracy, predictive impact, and operational efficiency awards
