GROWTH MANDATE
The Growth Strategist will design and execute data-driven strategies for expanding fintech products, increasing customer adoption, developing new distribution channels, and improving commercial performance.
This role sits at the intersection of growth analytics, fintech economics, customer behaviour, product strategy, market intelligence, and commercial execution.
GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop market-expansion strategies for digital financial products.

Analyse customer acquisition and retention performance.

Identify high-potential customer segments and market opportunities.

Design growth experiments across digital channels.

Develop customer-lifecycle and engagement strategies.

Analyse conversion funnels and identify performance gaps.

Evaluate pricing, distribution, and product-positioning opportunities.

Work with product teams to improve customer journeys.

Develop growth dashboards and performance frameworks.

Conduct competitive analysis across fintech markets.

Build commercial cases for new markets and distribution models.

Present growth recommendations to senior leadership.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Technology, or related discipline.

5+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, technology, growth strategy, or commercial analytics.

Strong quantitative and commercial-analysis capabilities.

Experience with customer analytics, digital acquisition, and product-growth methodologies.

Strong understanding of fintech business models.

Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic-thinking abilities.
