About the Position

An internationally respected fintech banking organization is searching for an accomplished Growth Manager – Payments, Embedded Finance & Market Expansion to accelerate commercial expansion across digital payments, embedded finance solutions, merchant ecosystems, and next-generation banking services.

The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives that connect customer insights, product innovation, ecosystem partnerships, commercial analytics, and technology to create sustainable long-term revenue growth. You will play an instrumental role in expanding the organization’s presence across regional and international financial markets while supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Payment Specialists, Commercial Executives, Business Intelligence Analysts, Marketing Professionals, Customer Success Leaders, Legal Advisors, Compliance Specialists, and Executive Leadership, you will influence every stage of the organization’s commercial growth journey.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial growth initiatives across payment products and embedded financial services.
  • Design scalable acquisition and customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop merchant partnership programmes and ecosystem expansion initiatives.
  • Analyze commercial performance using enterprise analytics.
  • Optimize product adoption through customer journey improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define commercial product roadmaps.
  • Build financial business cases supporting new market opportunities.
  • Monitor revenue growth, payment volumes, customer acquisition costs, and profitability.
  • Establish executive KPI reporting frameworks.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market research initiatives.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities through emerging fintech trends.
  • Support executive strategic planning and budgeting activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Financial Technology, or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fintech growth, commercial strategy, payments, banking, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital payment ecosystems and financial technologies.
  • Excellent commercial leadership and analytical capabilities.
