A globally ambitious fintech institution is seeking an exceptional Group Executive Director – Fintech Ecosystem Transformation to spearhead enterprise modernization, ecosystem expansion, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and innovation initiatives across regional financial markets.
Reporting directly to the Board and executive leadership, this prestigious appointment will influence the future direction of digital financial services by integrating emerging technologies, strengthening institutional collaborations, and delivering transformational business outcomes.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide transformation strategies supporting long-term organizational growth.
- Lead strategic modernization of financial products, digital services, and operational capabilities.
- Build partnerships with banks, payment providers, regulators, technology companies, and institutional stakeholders.
- Guide corporate innovation programs and digital investment initiatives.
- Oversee governance, enterprise performance, and transformation execution.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that enhance competitive advantage.
- Build and mentor executive leadership teams across multiple business functions.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive committees and board members.
- Represent the organization at international fintech summits and financial forums.
- Drive sustainable enterprise growth through innovation and operational excellence.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, financial services, or enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational transformation.
- Exceptional executive leadership, negotiation, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
