Strategic Leadership Overview

The Group Executive Chairman – Fintech AI Banking Infrastructure & Intelligent Multi-Market Financial Ecosystems will oversee enterprise modernization initiatives involving intelligent transaction ecosystems, predictive banking infrastructures, operational finance governance systems, and enterprise treasury scalability frameworks.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, analytics, engineering, treasury operations, and customer finance teams

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 12–22 years of experience in fintech modernization, institutional banking ecosystems, treasury operations, or enterprise financial infrastructures
• Strong expertise in AI-powered banking systems and operational financial modernization
• Deep understanding of cloud-native finance architectures and transaction scalability frameworks
• Experience leading multinational financial transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with operational resilience governance and enterprise cybersecurity ecosystems
