Executive Qualification Requirements
- Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD in FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 15–25 years of executive experience in fintech transformation, digital banking, emerging technologies, or large-scale technology leadership.
