Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Economics, Banking Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 15–20 years of experience across central banking modernization, enterprise payments, fintech infrastructure, or multinational financial operations.
- Strong expertise in transaction ecosystems, enterprise treasury orchestration, and operational scalability frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native financial architecture and AI-powered analytics ecosystems.
