A multinational fintech organization is seeking a distinguished Group Chief Digital Banking Strategy Officer to lead enterprise strategy, digital transformation, market expansion, innovation governance, and strategic investment initiatives across an expanding portfolio of financial technology businesses.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, this executive will define the organization’s long-term strategic direction while ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and continued leadership in digital financial innovation.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide digital banking strategies.
- Lead strategic transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Build strategic relationships with financial institutions, regulators, technology providers, and investors.
- Oversee enterprise investment and innovation portfolios.
- Drive organizational performance through strategic planning.
- Strengthen executive governance and operational excellence.
- Present long-term business strategies to the Executive Committee and Board.

- Build world-class executive leadership capability across regional operations.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification required.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, management consulting, financial services, or corporate strategy.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation and international growth initiatives.
- Exceptional executive communication, governance, strategic planning, and commercial leadership expertise.
