This role is designed for a senior fintech strategist capable of creating advanced financial platforms powering the digitization and financing of large-scale infrastructure assets.
Mission Objective
To architect scalable infrastructure-fintech ecosystems integrating:
- Digital infrastructure investment platforms
- Tokenized infrastructure asset systems
- Smart capital allocation frameworks
- Predictive infrastructure risk intelligence
- Automated infrastructure financing operations
Core Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure Finance Platform Development
- Design digital ecosystems enabling institutional participation in infrastructure financing opportunities
- Build scalable transaction infrastructures supporting large-scale capital deployment and project financing
- Develop automated workflows for infrastructure investment lifecycle management
2. Smart Asset Digitization & Financial Intelligence
- Architect systems enabling digitized ownership structures and programmable infrastructure investment models
- Build predictive analytics systems evaluating infrastructure performance, operational exposure, and financial returns
- Develop AI-powered infrastructure valuation and monitoring frameworks
3. Capital Optimization & Liquidity Systems
- Create intelligent treasury and liquidity infrastructures for infrastructure financing operations
- Build financing orchestration systems supporting syndicated and multi-party investment structures
- Optimize capital efficiency across long-term infrastructure investment portfolios
4. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
- Build partnerships with institutional investors, infrastructure operators, and fintech ecosystems
- Expand platform reach across GCC and international infrastructure financing markets
- Evaluate emerging technologies transforming infrastructure investment ecosystems
Candidate Requirements
- 12–18 years in infrastructure finance, institutional fintech, investment technology, or financial systems leadership
- Strong expertise in capital markets, digital financial infrastructure, and investment ecosystems
- Experience managing large-scale financing operations and digital transformation programs
- Strategic understanding of infrastructure investment and financial technology convergence
