Role Summary
The Global Head of Embedded Finance & Digital Ecosystem Architecture will lead the strategic vision, design, and deployment of cutting-edge embedded financial ecosystems across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region.
This position requires a visionary fintech leader capable of transforming how financial services integrate seamlessly into consumer platforms, enterprise environments, and digital marketplaces. The incumbent will orchestrate end-to-end digital finance frameworks — merging payments, credit, insurance, and digital wealth into connected, API-driven experiences.
Primary Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year embedded finance architecture roadmap, aligning innovation with regulatory modernization.

Oversee platform-based financial integrations across retail, B2B, and cross-border transactional layers.

Architect API orchestration frameworks, ensuring interoperability between financial institutions, fintech partners, and digital service providers.

Govern AI-driven personalization systems, enabling dynamic risk scoring, automated credit decisioning, and contextualized financial experiences.

Lead strategic alliances with technology enablers, cloud infrastructure providers, and GCC regulatory sandboxes.

Establish frameworks for data integrity, API governance, and open financial standards adoption (ISO 20022, PSD2-inspired structures).
Candidate Profile

12–15 years of experience in fintech architecture, open banking strategy, or embedded finance transformation.

Deep understanding of API design, open finance interoperability, and digital experience engineering.

Strategic acumen in scaling financial platforms, optimizing digital monetization models, and managing ecosystem governance.

Familiarity with Saudi financial digitization initiatives and cross-border technology harmonization.

Global mindset with demonstrated ability to manage multi-country fintech programs.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Financial Technology, Systems Engineering, or Business Strategy.
